A locally owned and nationally recognized Printing, Signage, and Marketing Services company in the PIP, Omaha, NE is looking for an experienced Delivery Driver

Job Summary: 
Our Delivery Driver works closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

 This position offers excellent opportunities for upward mobility within the company. The Bindery Operations Manager will have the chance to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence, paving the way for potential advancement to higher-level management roles such as Production Manager or Plant Manager. Additionally, the company values internal talent development and provides support for further education, training, and career progression, enabling individuals to grow and advance within the organization.


Responsibility Overview: 
1. Lead and oversee all aspects of the bindery department, including production scheduling, workflow management, quality control, and staff supervision.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of bindery operations with pre-press and finishing processes.
4. Train, mentor, and coach bindery staff to enhance their skills, performance, and job satisfaction.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with the procurement department to source materials and equipment, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in bindery technology, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.



Skills we are looking for:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, printing management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in bindery operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Proficiency in operating a wide range of bindery equipment and machinery.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements and overcome challenges.
7. Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and achieving production targets.
8. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.



Skills desired, but not required:
  • Delivery experience 
  • Bindery and Production experience 
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
